Time Mobility Open Specialist Bathing Outlet
|
 |
Bath Time Mobility,
a company that have been quietly developing
for a couple of years now, have opened a 3,500
sq. ft showroom and assessment centre which
is unlike any other in the country and which
is a major development in the niche marketing
aspect of the homecare industry. The new showroom
displays a comprehensive range of specialist
baths and bathing products and is located
in Windsor.
The company believes that they are now the
country's leading independent supplier of
special needs bathing products. The showroom
has fitted displays of walk in baths, walk
in showers catering for a variety of needs
for assisted and unassisted bathing.
The new showroom will also be headquarters
for a fleet of what the company describe as
"discreet mobile showrooms" that
can take any of the products on display direct
to the homes of clients anywhere in the country
who are unable to visit Windsor themselves.
Therapists will be welcome to make use of
conference facilities at the showroom free
of charge and to arrange seminars or discussions
about any aspects of client care. Speaking
about the new showroom, Mark Roberts, Director
of Bath Time Mobility UK said: "The new
showroom will help therapists and carers to
be able to see a whole range of products installed
in one easy to access location, saving them
a lot of time and travel." Fellow Director
Kim Roberts added: "We will also be hosting
regular seminars and other valuable events
for carers at the showroom where they can
share their knowledge with other professionals."
Mark has spent the past 16 years in the Home
Improvement marketplace and is very familiar
with bathroom installations. He is also from
a sales oriented background and is confident
that his specialist approach will be successful.
"We have some very interesting and very
unique ideas of how we can take the company
forward" Mark told THIS. "We have
four mobile showrooms at present, with another
coming on line in March. Five should be enough
to cover the country, with each of them doing
two appointments a day."
Bath Time Mobility is also looking to offer
the chance for Mobility shops around the country
to form partnerships with them to offer a
full range of baths and showers to their existing
customers. The Company's reasoning is that
it can be difficult for shops to stock all
special bathing products and become involved
with the selling and complete installation
of them. Bath Time Mobility is offering to
share the marketing of the range of products
with them and willing to completely take over
the logistics of the installations once the
shop has passes them the initial enquiry.
Mark Roberts said: "At the moment most
mobility shops cannot help their customers
directly with all aspects of special bathing
products, not having the time to deal with
electricians, plumbers and the other trades
needed to install specialist equipment. We
would like to work in partnership with them.
They benefit by offering their customers a
fuller service, even opening up a new slice
of the market for their shops. All they will
have to do after initial training if required
is pass their enquiry's and one of our mobile
showrooms can arrange to visit their customer
in their own home. We will take care of the
rest with our trained team of advisers, fitters
and technicians."
