First Step Fill bath to the required depth and temperature using the thermostatically controlled taps. Adjust both the backrest and footrest as required.
Second Step Place the patient on the bathing platform. Press the button on the hand-held control and raise the bath to a convenient working height to ensure there is no back strain.
Third Step The carer is now able to look after the patient in a safe and comfortable working environment. Once finished, use the hand-held control to lower the bath. Where a bathing platform is employed then the patient is left clear of the water and ready to be dried and removed.
